MY RESUME

A LIFETIME OF EXPERIENCE

I am a Personal Trainer certified in Fitness and Nutrition through ICS and have been training people for 25 years. I also am an Athletic Trainer with a Bachelor's degree in Sports Medicine from Marywood University Scranton, PA.
I was an assistant Athletic Trainer with the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre Red Barons (Triple A team of the Philadelphia Phillies) from 1996-2000.
I was an Assistant Trainer with the Wilkes-Barre Penguins (affiliate of the Pittsburgh Penguins) in the inaugural 1999-2000 season.
I served as Head Athletic Trainer for Meyers High School Wilkes-barre PA from 2000-2002.
I left the Athletic Training field in 2003 to pursue a career in Personal Training and, with the techniques I was taught during my time with the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre Red Barons head athletic trainers, utilize sports related massage modalities in conjunction.
Through a lifetime of participation and commitment in various athletics, I have developed a large clientele base. I have competed in and hold medals/trophies from multiple athletic events, ranging from cross country meets to races of varying distances (1 mile, 5k, 10k, 35k, half marathon, marathon and 50 miles).
My clients range in age from teenagers to 86 year old retirees. I have worked with all types of athletes in all sports and have a deep understanding of the need and desire to perform at peak levels and get back in the game as soon as possible after an injury. Downtime is not an option.
Whether you are an athlete looking to maximize performance or return from injury or a person just looking for better overall fitness, I am committed to and passionate about helping each individual achieve the best results for his/her needs.
